Potty Training - An Update, Replete with TMI

Heres how it went.

For an hour and a half yesterday morning, both boys wore underwear. AJ was fine with it. Zack did NOT want to wear it. He postponed putting them on for several minutes by choosing one pair, then changing his mind and choosing another pair, then changing his mind again. I let him get away with that for about 85 seconds, and then I chose some for him.

In the course of that hour and a half both of them took turns sitting on the porcelain throne. They sat and played with the iPad. For almost the whole 90 minutes, nobody did anything in the bathroom except play.

Then AJ peed in his pants, right after coming out of the bathroom. While I was cleaning him up, Zack peed. While I cleaned Zack up, AJ peed again, and this time when I took his pants off of him, poop fell out. Getting down on the floor to clean that up I noticed some more poop under the table. That one was from the cat though.

So by 10 AM, I'd had enough.

We're going to try again tomorrow. Maybe an afternoon will be better. I don't know.
